He is an Expanded Performance Fellow, Berlinale Talent (2018), trained at The Scottish Documentary Institute (2016), Locarno Industry Academy Alumni (2015), a member of the UK Queer Film Network, producer of The Palace International Film Festival, Bristol’s LGBTQ film festival and a member of UWE’s MA Virtual Reality 2019 cohort.

His creative projects have developed pathways with a focus on queer identity politics to better understand the use of new technologies to create immersive experiences beyond the affordances of film. His recent specilaisation is around understanding how to leverage new technologies such as volumetric and motion capture in relation to dance.

Harry first became involved with The Palace Collective in 2017 when he prototyped his concept for a DIY queer and experimental film festival at The Palace Residency. This developed into The Palace International Film Festival (PIFF), now its own organisation that has had iterations in Wroclaw (Poland) and Bristol (UK), featuring film makers from around the world and running workshop, talks and multi-media exhibitions alongside its shorts and features programmes. Harry now focuses on bringing new media artists and intiatives to The Palace Residency and 90mil.
