I am a vegan cook who just started a catering company. Our main focus is on cooking with seasonal and regional ingredients and trying to reduce food waste by using the whole product.

It is important to us that the food is good for you, nutritional and will leave you with a good feeling. We achieve this by cooking gluten free, vegan and using lots of ferments.
